He was chosen by the Portland Rising Star chefs for this honor.

We Won! Chef Paley’s Cuisine Reigns Supreme on Iron Chef America!

A win for Portland! Our own Chef Vitaly Paley emerged victorious from his battle against Jose Garces on Food Network’s Iron Chef America on Sunday, April 17. Paley’s cuisine earned top marks from the judges for taste and originality. Chef Paley was also honored to receive a Fork to the City from Portland Mayor Sam Adams at the Iron Chef America screening party held that night.
